Forest Walks

I try to go as often into the forest as I can manage. There between the trees I find peace and rest. I bathe in the quiet and stillness of the trees. Here I can quiet the noise of my mind and I try to get clearer thoughts. I love to listen to the birds in the forest. In Japan it is called Shinrin-Yoku.
